General Information
If you are under the age of 18, parental or legal guardianship permission is required. Eligible vehicles are four-wheeled motor driven passenger vehicles designated, licensed and used for private on-road transportation and trucks with a carrying capacity of up to 2,000 pounds.
We require 3 business days from the time you enroll before your membership becomes active. You cannot purchase a membership on the same day that you require service.
Membership materials, including a welcome letter and cards, will be mailed to you within 7-14 business days after your start date. Primary and Associate members (if applicable) will each receive a card with their name. You do not need your card in order to obtain emergency roadside assistance. You only need to have a valid membership number and the toll free dispatch number for emergency roadside assistance. You may be required to show photo identification at the time of service. Administrative fees may apply to replacement of lost membership cards.
Towing Coverage
When a disabled vehicle cannot be started or driven safely, it will be towed to the nearest approved repair facility. Auto Assistance Anytime will also tow your vehicle to any point within 5 miles of the contract station, or up to 5 driving miles in any direction from the point of breakdown. If you require towing beyond this limit, you will be asked to pay the tow truck operator directly at the time of service for additional tow mileage.
Service Calls (Per Covered Member)
Each covered member is entitled to a total of 4 service calls per year. Service calls are defined as one of the following: emergency towing, battery assistance, flat tire assistance, locksmith service, fuel delivery or extrication. If you need ERS more than 4 times in a membership year, we will continue to provide assistance, but the Primary Member will be billed for each additional ERS event. Emergency roadside assistance is not intended to replace regular maintenance of your vehicle. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel or not renew members who have received ERS seven times in a membership year or twelve times in two consecutive years, even if the member has paid for all ERS beyond the 4 that are included.
Cancellation by the Member
If you cancel your membership within 30 days from the date of application, you will receive a full refund. You must notify in writing. If you want to cancel after 30 days, you will receive a pro rata refund of the unused portion of the membership. The $10.00 enrollment fee is non-refundable.
Important Notice
Auto Assistance Anytime is a true sign and drive plan, not a reimbursement program. However, in the event that service is not obtainable through Auto Assistance Anytime, members will receive a refund of payments made according to their membership coverage limits. The member must obtain a pre-authorization and receive an authorization number for such service. Claims must be submitted within 30 days following the date of service.
